All about smegma

"Recently I have noticed white stuff appearing underneath my bell-end. Could you tell me what this is and is it a symptom of anything?"

Dear ‘White stuff under bell end’ – what you are seeing is called ‘Smegma’ and it is perfectly normal. The actual greasy white stuff itself is made of natural lubricants mixed with the dead cells that quite normally come off the glans of your penis. It can be a bit smelly (cheesy) especially if you don’t regularly wash it away. Women can get it in their vaginas as well. It acts as lubricant when making love, and is less common in men who are circumcised.
