What to do
Drink lots of clear drinks
Go to bed if you want to (and you probably will)
Take paracetamol or aspirin to bring your temperature down
Cancel all your plans for the next 3-4 days and watch Teletubbies instead.
What not to do
Go to the doctor’s and give them the bug!
